I have a sit-stand desk, and even with the ability to stand whenever I feel like it, I prefer to sit the majority of the time. So, having a supportive chair is absolutely critical. Yes, you'll look a little goofy, but trust me, it’s worth it!
I was originally interested in this nightcap for an overnight flight to Europe so I could catch some much-needed rest while in transit but then realized I needed it in my bedroom...every night. I don’t have blackout blinds which is fine for most of the year, but in June and July, I really didn’t enjoy waking at 5:30 am. Enter Nitehood.
It works! Comfortable to sleep in. My head didn’t get hot because of the breathable fabric, and even better, my bedhead was better than normal!
