Early users of the program report that they felt less stress, less guilt over taking care of themselves, and had more energy.
If that sounds good to you, let's get started!
I’ve presented the LifeTime Management model and exercises in numerous workshops, and after many requests decided to craft this Playbook for you, so you can work through the exercises on your own.
Why LifeTime Management? A lot of attention is spent on thinking about how to manage time by crafting our days and weeks, yet big picture planning of our lives is often overlooked. In fact, we spend a good chunk of our lives responding.
Why a Playbook? Sorry, it's not based on football, though it will give you useful strategies. I just thought it sounded more fun than a Workbook. It does, doesn’t it? And if you’re investing in yourself, that ought to feel good. It's not always quick and easy, but anything that's worthwhile takes a commitment of your time, thought and energy.
This book will prompt you to articulate your valued states, the way you want to be. These valued states will then be used to help you prioritize your actions in commitment areas of life.
Forget the concept of balance, which may exist for a fleeting second, and aim for the successful integration of work and life.
Work is such a big part of life, and the boundaries are blurred. It’s now more important than ever to personally define success, and then choose a path to achieve it. This will involve a lot of yes’s, and importantly some clear no’s. By articulating what’s important to you, it will be easier than ever to sculpt a life of immense pride.
Complete the Playbook in a few hours. Repeat Quarterly. Stay in the driver’s seat of your life.
This is an e-book in PDF format with fillable content blocks so you can work right within the document, or print it out if you prefer to work on paper.

PRODUCTIVITY CPR™ – THE BUSY PERSON'S GUIDE TO SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE
Productivity CPR is not about getting more done. It's about getting more of the right things done and feeling good doing so. It's about developing what you need to show up with more energy, conviction, and verve for whatever and whoever is important to you.
Both in my professional practice and personal life, I have witnessed many accomplished people work so hard they head, sometimes at a frenetic pace, unwaveringly towards burnout, suffering crumbling relationships and/or broken bodies. I've learned through my own mistakes that chronic neglect has serious consequences.
My goal is to inspire professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and team builders, who might also be moms and dads at home, to sculpt life in a way in which they and their families will be proud.
Productivity CPR™ is a holistic model for sustainable productivity. The model includes setting intentions, managing attention, and, of course, excellent execution. It demands you to become self-aware and respect your human nature, with no apologies.
Be warned - it often requires some bravery to claim what you need. You won't always get it right the first time - it can take a little practice. I have no doubt that you can do it.
I am researching and writing the book right now. Sign up for my newsletter if you'd like to be kept in the know!

Have your kids been given an "agenda" by their schools but are still struggling to stay on top of their tasks? That's because most agendas I've seen only have space for the student's classes. What about all the time after school and on weekends that could benefit from some structure and planning?
Let me introduce you to the Academic Planner designed by speaker, author, and regular contributor to "ADDitude" magazine, Order Out of Chaos founder, Leslie Josel.
Watch this clip to see how the planner has been designed to help your student set intentions for their unstructured time.

I have a sit-stand desk, and even with the ability to stand whenever I feel like it, I prefer to sit the majority of the time. So, having a supportive chair is absolutely critical. I’ve lived with the "active sitting" Core Chair since the spring of 2018 and find it extremely comfortable. In fact, I’m afraid to say it has actually ruined all other chairs for me!
Inspired by sitting on a yoga ball, the Core Chair is unique in its pivoting, aggressively sculpted seat pan which sets your pelvis at the right angle. This, along with the lumbar support positions your spine and neck for ultimate comfort. The seat rigidity can be set so that it moves to your comfort level, promoting hydration of your spine during the day and more blood flow to the brain.
I’ve lived with orthotics for pronation since I figured it was a problem at age 26. The orthotic corrects the pitch of my foot, which affects my ankle, which affects the knee joint and of course, hips.
It’s not particularly fine marketing copy, but I refer to this chair affectionately as an orthotic for your ass. Once you feel its effects, you won’t want to live with out it. I'm sure that's why Core Chair provides 60 days to try the product.

It was when I turned 40 that I started to realize the power of color. Wearing bright colors seemed to not only energize me but also have a positive effect on those around me. Wearing jewel tones, especially my faves fuschia, raspberry, magenta, orange, and even emerald and turquoise, has now become a signature for me on stage or screen.
Fact - Color makes you memorable!
Imagine my delight when I found that I could affordably add colors to my eyewear with Dresden, a definite industry disrupter.
Co-founded in Australia by Bruce Jeffreys and Jason McDermott, (read more of their story here), Dresden offers both simplicity (one style of frame - chosen because it suits so many face shapes - indeed it is my shape of choice), four sizes of frames and arms, and at least 18 colors to choose from.
In seconds, you can switch the arms to mix and match colors to suit your OOTD (outfit of the day). My fave combos are white lenses with pink arms and my limited edition poppy red glasses with smokey grey arms.
If you prefer something with a more organic feel, choose the frames made with real wood mixed in.
With lenses and machines to tool them right on-premises permitting same day service, Dresden has taken the mystery and much of the money out of custom lenses.
If you love color, what are you waiting for? Check out Dresden.ca.
Note: Almost every time I deliver a workshop or media segment someone comments on my glasses. I just love the product and wanted you to know about them. Dresden has kindly provided me with a few extra pairs of prescription glasses and fun sunglasses. The prices are so reasonable, there is no affiliate link or other compensation. Dresden glasses are available in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
Yes, you'll look a little goofy, but trust me, it’s worth it!
I was originally interested in this nightcap for an overnight flight to Europe so I could catch some much-needed rest while in transit but then realized I needed it in my bedroom...every night. I don’t have blackout blinds which is fine for most of the year, but in June and July, I really didn’t enjoy waking at 5:30 am. Enter Nitehood.
It works! Comfortable to sleep in. My head didn’t get hot because of the breathable fabric, and even better, my bedhead was better than normal!
If you need to darken your environment, I encourage you to give this a try. I bought the adjustable model so that if I wanted to share it with someone else I could.
I love that it’s designed and sewn in my home town of Toronto, Canada.
