The Happy Space Pod is our online community on Facebook

It is group for driven, caring HSPs - professionals (both employees and entrepreneurs) who recognize they are highly sensitive, empathetic, perceptive people who adore making a contribution but often find it exhausting and/or stressful. They know they deserve a calmer, more fulfilling life and want to take practical steps to get there.

It is also a place for those who want to better understand and support HSPs.

The pod is a safe and supportive space to connect and explore:

  • sustaining energy
  • effectively setting boundaries
  • self-mastery with a huge dose of self-compassion
