Is  Coaching Right  for  Me?

Coaching is not for everyone. If you are ready for change and open to trying new things then it could be perfect for you. For a successful coaching experience, you are:

  1. Seeking to improve productivity and/or well-being
  2. Highly motivated to do the work (invest thought, time, energy, and action)
  3. Ready to make the work a priority
  4. Coachable. This includes having a curious, open, positive mindset, a willingness to self-reflect and a readiness to seek and listen to feedback.

We will get clear on where you are, develop a plan, and dance through it to get you to where you want to be. Why dance? Because we will be moving together. There will be moments of elation and moments of discomfort, where the real growth lies. Keep moving through and you’ll come out the other side, richer in knowledge and confidence in what to do. Individual Coaching?

If you want to fast-track your way to long-lasting results, 1:1 coaching is for you. You'll receive focused, individual attention to help identify challenges and customize solutions. Though it is a greater investment past clients will tell you there is a significant ROI.

If you want individual attention and also want to be part of a supportive community, then group coaching is for you. It's also perfect for a team you'd like to develop. The investment per person is significantly lower making the experience more accessible. Group coaching will be available intermittently throughout the year.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Since much of life is inter-related, an extended period of time means we can explore the elements that are affecting your ability to be productive and to cultivate the greatest joy in what you do. Having more time means not only can we dig into more critical elements in greater depth, we have the opportunity to make gradual changes, experiment, and find out what really works. As life evolves, it allows us to address potential new challenges as well. Most people find a six-month commitment provides the richest results.

INVESTMENT

Coaching packages start from $3,500 USD (plus applicable taxes). The investment depends upon the duration and intensity of work together.  Intensive laser coaching is also possible for quick and powerful results.

PERFORMANCE FOUNDATIONS
(3 months)

You’ve identified challenges to being most productive and want to explore solutions you can implement in the short term. Working together over about twelve weeks, we will go over the foundations in marrying productivity, pleasure and performance, and explore the issues most important to you. Walk away with a refreshed mindset and rituals to support your success.

🎙Director of Nook®, David O’Coimin explains 🎙Director of Nook®, David O’Coimin explains some of the ways a Nook Pod improves the soundscape in our conversation in episode 7 of the “Happy Space Podcast”.

📣 Nook has a scientifically different sound pressure inside than it does outside. we focus a lot on removing high-frequency noise. we focus a lot on creating a sort of low-frequency hum within the space, almost audible. 

😮 you put your head inside and you can see people go, “okay, how is that happening? I'm in one now, which has a door on, which is the solo booth.” and it's the only one we put a door on. the rest of the products are all open for the reason of inclusivity and feeling connected to the environment.

⛑ so when there's no door and it sounds different inside, people can be startled and quite taken aback by that. but after that first, sort of shock what you get is this, you see this relaxing that occurs, this calm that almost washes over people. so that calm is an important first element of the product.

we have a lot to be proud of. i saw “299 Queen S we have a lot to be proud of. i saw “299 Queen Street West” last night - a documentary about the ground-breaking nation’s music station. catch it on @cravecanada - streaming in Dec and touring the country as well through November. 

muchmusic was so very innovative and inclusive.

Strategy Lead for Google Global Events, Megan Henshall, talks about designing with neuroinclusion in mind:

🧠 neuro-inclusion needs to be a main ingredient in your experience design recipe because there are a lot of people that are coming to events who are suffering in silence or not coming at all. 

🔀 there's a statistic from an organization called EventWell, and 85% of the neurodivergent people that they interviewed have not attended an event because they thought it would be triggering or overwhelming for them, but that's sad. they have every right to be there.
