Is  Coaching Right  for  Me?

Coaching is not for everyone. If you are ready for change and open to trying new things then it could be perfect for you. For a successful coaching experience, you are:

  1. Seeking to improve productivity and/or well-being
  2. Highly motivated to do the work (invest thought, time, energy, and action)
  3. Ready to make the work a priority
  4. Coachable. This includes having a curious, open, positive mindset, a willingness to self-reflect and a readiness to seek and listen to feedback.

We will get clear on where you are, develop a plan, and dance through it to get you to where you want to be. Why dance? Because we will be moving together. There will be moments of elation and moments of discomfort, where the real growth lies. Keep moving through and you’ll come out the other side, richer in knowledge and confidence in what to do. Individual Coaching?

If you want to fast-track your way to long-lasting results, 1:1 coaching is for you. You'll receive focused, individual attention to help identify challenges and customize solutions. Though it is a greater investment past clients will tell you there is a significant ROI.

If you want individual attention and also want to be part of a supportive community, then group coaching is for you. It's also perfect for a team you'd like to develop. The investment per person is significantly lower making the experience more accessible. Group coaching will be available intermittently throughout the year.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Since much of life is inter-related, an extended period of time means we can explore the elements that are affecting your ability to be productive and to cultivate the greatest joy in what you do. Having more time means not only can we dig into more critical elements in greater depth, we have the opportunity to make gradual changes, experiment, and find out what really works. As life evolves, it allows us to address potential new challenges as well. Most people find a six-month commitment provides the richest results.

INVESTMENT

Coaching packages start from $3,500 USD (plus applicable taxes). The investment depends upon the duration and intensity of work together.  Intensive laser coaching is also possible for quick and powerful results.

PERFORMANCE FOUNDATIONS
(3 months)

You’ve identified challenges to being most productive and want to explore solutions you can implement in the short term. Working together over about twelve weeks, we will go over the foundations in marrying productivity, pleasure and performance, and explore the issues most important to you. Walk away with a refreshed mindset and rituals to support your success.

we talked about the beauty and challenge of remote work and how to boost performance - which might mean taking more breaks, ending the day earlier, and protecting focus time. 

i meet a lot of people who compromise themselves in service of others. too much of that is a sure path towards burnout.

inclusivity advocate Denis Boudreau discusses how he feels that business owners are disregarding disabled customers:

📃 it's very likely that they are bound by some kind of obligation, but they're unaware of it. and as a result of that, don't feel like it's something that they should care about.

🙈 a lot of people actually think about, you know, disabilities and accommodations for people with disabilities as a bit of an edge case. and like my main clients are not like that so I'm not going to bother. 

🌐 but if only they understood the business case around digital inclusion, I mean, they'd be all over that thing for sure, because no one in their right mind would not want to tap into that untapped market if only they understood how big of a market that is in the first place.

i’ve tried some indoor light therapy lately and find it tough. on cloudy dark days, the led bulbs give off an intense light - even with dimming and colour temperature adjustments. 

also trying in-ear light therapy. yep - through the ear canal - and will see how it goes.
